Refund & Return Policy

At Beaglepuss Brewing, we want you to love what you ordered. If something goes wrong—or just feels off—reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrived damaged

You received the wrong item(s)

Your order never arrived (lost in transit)

You contacted us within 7 days of delivery

2. What We Don’t Refund
We do not offer refunds for:

Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., left in a hot car or freezing garage)

Minor label or packaging imperfections

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information (please double-check!)
Due to the perishable nature of beverages, we unfortunately can’t accept returns—but we’ll always try to fix any legitimate issue.
3. Exchanges or Replacements
In some cases, we may send a replacement item instead of a refund. If so, we’ll cover the cost of shipping. We may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us prevent future issues.
4. Shipping Delays or Carrier Issues
We do our best to get your goods out the door quickly, but we can’t control shipping carriers. If your order is delayed, we’ll work with you and the carrier to find a solution.
