Welcome to Beaglepuss Brewing (“Beaglepuss”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.beaglepuss.com (“Site”) and any services, content, or purchases made through it.
By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our Site. (No hard feelings.)
1. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Site. This is a site for adult beverages—nonalcoholic or not, it’s still grown-up stuff.
2. Product Use and Availability
Beaglepuss makes nonalcoholic beer and related products. We don’t sell alcohol, but we still take our responsibility seriously. Products may not be available in all states or countries due to distribution or legal restrictions.
We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue products or services at any time without notice. We’re unpredictable like that.
3. Orders, Payment & Shipping
When you make a purchase:

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• You authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge your payment method.

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspicion of fraud. We’ll let you know if that happens.
4. Returns & Refunds
We stand by our beer, but if you’re unsatisfied, reach out to us at info@beaglepuss.com within 7 days of delivery. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. No refunds for items damaged due to improper storage (i.e., don’t leave it in your car in July).
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and product names—is owned by or licensed to Beaglepuss Brewing. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our permission. That includes our handsome logo.
6. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:

• Break the law

• Upload or spread viruses

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Site

• Pretend to be someone you’re not (unless it’s Halloween)

7. Third-Party Links
We may link to third-party websites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they do with your info or how they behave. Proceed at your own risk (and curiosity).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties (express or implied) about the Site, its content, or its availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beaglepuss Brewing will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or otherwise) related to your use of this Site or any products purchased through it.
10. Indemnification
If you misuse our Site or violate these Terms, you agree to hold us harmless from any resulting legal claims or costs. In other words: don’t do dumb stuff here.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site means you accept any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Rhode Island(because that’s where we hang out), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
